Sherry FitzGerald Group have a permanent opportunity for an Administrator to join our Compliance team.
As a Compliance Administrator, you will be responsible for assisting the compliance department in ensuring that our company operates in accordance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. Your role will involve maintaining compliance records, conducting internal audits, managing licences, and providing support to the team.
We work in a hybrid environment, based in our head office in Sandyford, Dublin 18.
Role & Responsibilities:
· Conduct regular compliance audits.
· Review of marketing materials to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
· Managing all licensing matters both for the company and the individual employees.
· Assist in the daily provision of advice and any ad hoc tasks as required from all areas of the Group.
· Responding to compliance related queries from Group employees.
· Supporting the compliance department with general administration tasks.
· Assist in the delivery of ongoing projects as required.
Requirements:
· 1 year previous administration experience within a compliance role.
· Accuracy with a strong attention to detail.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
· Proficient knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel and Word.
