Your Role As a Quality Controller is pivotal in ensuring the highest standards of quality across all aspects of QTP.
You are responsible for orchestrating timely resolutions to quality issues, leading projects that drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhancing product quality.
Key Responsibilities
* Investigate the root cause of supplier issues and implement effective corrective actions to prevent re-occurrence.
* Develop, implement and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Quality Function.
* Sustain the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with industry standards, accreditation requirements and business needs.
* Collaborate with suppliers on process improvements and value-enhancement opportunities.
* Support new product launches to ensure Supplier Quality meets required standards.
* Report functional Supplier Quality metrics.
* Ensure quality-focused activities comply with local health, safety and environmental policies and procedures.
Key Skills
* Practical hands-on approach with a can-do attitude.
* Ability to communicate effectively at all levels internal & external.
* Extensive knowledge of the tractor market from classic to modern.
* Team player capable of handling heavy-duty parts.
* Attention to detail and ability to follow tasks through to completion.
Technical Requirements
* IT skills including ERP/WMS systems and Office 365.
Experience and Qualifications
* 3-5 years working within the Mechanical/Ag Engineering Sector.
* Quality Control Mechanical Engineering.
