Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Planner to play a crucial role in ensuring demand forecast accuracy, effective supply chain communication, and comprehensive reporting.
Key Responsibilities
* Create a consensus forecast to be used as part of the Kerry S&OP process.
* Manage the monthly cadence for the demand planning process.
* Generate and share reports required to provide insights and drive the demand planning process in Kerry.
* Champion demand planning ways of working - communicate with customers and sales teams to drive improvements to the process.
* Communicate with relevant stakeholders to ensure outputs of demand plan are taken into consideration.
* Support the enablement of development projects through to launch, and identify product delists, to minimise material risk and service failures.
* Provide support and suggest solutions where business targets are not being realised.
* Attend and contribute to Supply Chain Meetings as required.
* Train supply chain teams on demand planning best practices, use of forecasting accuracy / error measures to improve forecasting effectiveness.

* Awareness of Demand planning systems, working models.
* Attention to detail and numeric analytical skills.
* Meeting facilitation.
* Prioritisation of workload and areas of focus based on impact assessment.
* Strong communication and presentation skills within and across business functions, junior and senior stakeholder groups.
* Desire to seek for continuous improvement.
* Influencing, challenging and negotiation skills within and across business functional teams.
* Capacity to identify key issues and trends and proactively develop a plan to address.
