Administrator Position in Little Island, Co.Cork
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrator to join our energetic sales team. Our dynamic and growing company is committed to providing exceptional customer service and innovative solutions in a fast-paced operational environment.
Responsibilities:
* Provide timely support for all customer telephone queries relating to pricing, stock, deliveries, quality, invoicing, etc.
* Process Sales Orders with appropriate paper/email trail and filing of such Sales Orders upon closure
* Execute and support customer queries in a timely manner through communication or via External Sales
* Ensure accurate data entry and efficient document processing
* Support the external sales team
* Perform other administrative duties as required
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
* Proficiency in Microsoft office software
* Self-motivated, innovative, structured, and organized
* Ability to work with and build relationships with a diverse management team
* Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
* Detail-focused with excellent technical skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to multitask effectively
The salary for this position is €34,000 - €40,000 (depending on experience).
