Job Description
A senior recruiter with experience in a large multinational company is sought for a 12-month contract role. The ideal candidate will have exposure to the inner workings of the organisation and contribute to its growth.
* Manage the recruitment pipeline, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions and assess team requirements.
* Advertise job openings on careers pages, job boards, and social networks.
* Sourcing candidates through online channels.
* Screen resumes and applications, keeping candidates informed of their status.
* Conduct interviews at various stages, including phone, first-round, and second-round interviews.
* Report on the status of open positions to hiring managers and HR.
* Determine qualification criteria for each position.
* Analyse turnover and retention rates to forecast hiring needs.
* Update job descriptions as required.
* Respond to candidate queries about the application process.
* Provide interview feedback when necessary.
* Promote the company's reputation by participating in job fairs.
Skills and Requirements:
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Self-motivated and able to work independently.
* Proven experience as an Internal Recruiter, Recruiter, or similar role.
* Understanding of full-cycle recruiting.
* Experience with various interview formats.
* Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
* Knowledge of labour legislation.
* BSc in Human Resources or relevant field.
* Ability to manage large volumes of recruitment.
* Proficiency in MS Office.
