Join our Customer Channels Group / Fisher Scientific as an Account Manager and be responsible for serving our most important customers in Ireland. Key Tasks and Responsibilities: Drive Pharma specific product sales to support supplier partnerships and actively promote core products and valuable services.Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the sales positioning of Thermo Fisher Scientific and its products specific to your market segment.Successfully communicate the segment adapted Thermo Fisher value proposition to key customers.Achieve or exceed sales and margin targets for your designated territory.Develop and implement strategic and tactical sales plans for your specified territory.Maintain effective customer relationships and assure continued market penetration and profitability.Use communication and influencing skills to optimize internal resources and improve selling time.Collaborate closely with fellow sales team members.Implement account strategies for assigned Key Accounts.Identify and satisfy customer requirements and capitalize on valuable business opportunities.Stay in sync with metrics on required elements of personal administration.Review, maintain, and lead compliance to key performance indicators.
