Training Account Manager
Reporting to the Cluster Account Manager and working closely with the Client Management Team, this role is key to driving the guard force team to deliver 'best in class' performance standards. A key focus will be on promoting the company’s behavioural safety programme to all personnel working on the account.
Responsibilities
The role involves delivering inductions and refresher courses, supported by site supervisors, and planning, organising, and managing training sessions. Effective communication and promotion of training programmes and best practices across the cluster are essential. Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including training providers, will form a significant part of the role.
You will liaise with the Account Manager and Security Supervisors to plan inductions, notify participants about courses, and coordinate the provision of PPE and uniforms. Reviewing and updating training resources to maintain the training matrix is vital, as is maintaining accurate records and managing associated administrative tasks. Preparing and contributing to training reports, as requested by the Account Manager or stakeholders, will also be required.
The role involves close collaboration with the Health & Safety team and the company’s training team to ensure compliance. Briefing, mentoring, and coaching on processes, site procedures, and behavioural safety programmes will be central to your work.

To be successful in this role, you should have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and interact effectively at all levels of the organisation. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential, as is the ability to inspire and motivate others.
The ideal candidate will be self-disciplined, well-organised, and capable of managing workloads and meeting deadlines independently. A proactive, practical, and innovative approach, coupled with reliability and a cooperative attitude, are key attributes. A positive mindset and a strong team-player ethos are critical to success in this role.
Person Specification
Experience in delivering training is essential, supported by a Train the Trainer Certificate and a commitment to professional development.
You should be accredited to deliver account-specific policies and procedures, with experience delivering relevant courses, including toolbox talks. Comprehensive experience in a similar role, coupled with a proven ability to develop and implement training programmes, is required.
