1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field AND 5+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.
2. 5+ years of product management experience.
3. Previous experience managing a product with substantial client usage and impact.

Primary Responsibilities:
Customer Understanding:
4. Thoroughly understand client needs and the industry landscape.
5. Develop business models and value propositions that deliver tangible results.
Product Strategy:
6. Define product and portfolio roadmaps to surpass client expectations incrementally.
7. Ensure clarity on clients, segments, features, schedules, partnerships, and dependencies for complete alignment.
Collaboration and Partnership:
8. Collaborate with KPMG teams and leadership to identify synergies for enhanced service delivery.
9. Engage in agile processes and provide hands-on support to clients as needed.
Adoption and Engagement:
10. Drive adoption across all KPMG teams, engaging with stakeholders at various levels.
11. Maintain updated dashboards reflecting levels of engagement with each team.
Product Assessment and Improvement:
12. Objectively assess the product by defining, owning, and driving key metrics.
13. Continuously learn and contribute to the improvement of yourself, the team, and the product.
Preferred Skills:
14. Deep understanding of the needs of KPMG clients and their technological challenges.
15. Detail- and results-oriented, with experience managing complex design and delivery of services.
16. Ability to think strategically and design solutions that scale across diverse client needs.
17. Proficient collaborative and interpersonal skills, with experience running cross-functional projects.
18. Experience and depth in driving client adoption, particularly for technical products with exceptional user experiences.
19. Familiarity with cloud platforms (Microsoft, ServiceNow, SAP, Oracle) and how they meet business and technical capabilities.
20. Experience in the technology lifecycle and operational aspects of large-scale systems.
21. Demonstrated ability to take a product from concept to launch.
22. Experience with product management, from understanding client requirements and defining a product roadmap to driving engineering work, adoption, and continuous improvement.
