Our client is actively seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician for a contract position, emphasizing both technical expertise and effective communication abilities to uphold smooth ICT operations.
Desktop Support Engineer Responsibilities:
1. Offer 2nd level support for desktop, application, mobile platform, and network issues.
2. Aid in the rollout of Desktop OS and applications, including testing and documentation.
3. Assist in IT and business projects such as SharePoint administration and endpoint security configuration.
Desktop Support Engineer Requirements:
4. Possession of industry certifications and relevant experience is mandatory.
5. Minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar role.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems (Windows 10/11) and MAC OS.
7. Knowledge of iOS and Android mobile operating systems.
