The Role As our Integrations and Operations Senior Manager, you will lead and be responsible for the successful integration of newly acquired companies into the Juniper Group. Implementing the Juniper Groups methodologies and processes, you will ensure the smooth onboarding of new acquisitions. Once integrated, you will oversee operations, monitor performance, drive initiatives and be accountable for enhancing outcomes and results in line with the Groups expectations. You will also identify challenges in individual or vertical business segments, proposing improvements that contribute to long-term success. By conducting monthly performance analysis, you will highlight risks for future outcomes, recommending corrective measures and managing their execution. This is a very hands on IT operations role. You will be a key part of a small team. While you will work with our portfolio entities, you will initially not have any direct reports or a team reporting to you. You will also be expected to travel internationally up to 30% of the time. Additionally, you will: Train team leaders and managers on best practices to achieve operational excellence Collaborate closely with the CEO and CFO and company directors on all matters related to operations and performance Participate in off-site training and other activities within the Group About You To be considered as an Integrations and Operations Senior Manager, you will need the following attributes: Education A Bachelors or Masters degree in IT, Engineering, or a related technical field Experience 10-15 years of experience in a technology company At least five years experience managing IT operations, specifically in custom development software and product implementation, with a proven track record of improving operational efficiency and business performance Evidence of improving efficiency and productivity in software companies and improving business performance overall Responsibility for P&L/financial results especially on opex side Experience meeting some kind of performance benchmark on a regular basis Evidence of working in a small or medium team environment Ideally participated in/had leading role in integrating an acquisition Skills Strong problem-solving skills Strong business planning, data analysis, and performance metric expertise Excellent project management skills with experience in leading integrations Financial literacy to prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and understand financial impacts Proven leadership skills The ability to work collaboratively in a matrix organisation Strong sense of commitment Some evidence of promotion or personal achievement Other requirements The right to work and travel in the EU Please note, unfortunately, we are unable to sponsor visas for this role.
