Finance Assistant
We are currently recruiting for a Finance Assistant on a permanent basis for a Semi-State company based in Kildare.
The successful candidate will report to the Finance Manager and be responsible for assisting with various finance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with the preparation of Management Accounts and Financial Reporting for the Resource Recovery division.
* Process journals and perform balance sheet activities, including account reconciliations.
* Provide accurate information on business performance through weekly KPI reports.
* Process monthly balance sheet reconciliations and ensure all intercompany charges are invoiced correctly.
* Prepare and manage bank reconciliations.
* Collaborate with the finance team on ad hoc projects.
Requirements:
* Part Qualified (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or CPA) with 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
