Bingo Commercial Manager - Paddy Power
Reporting to the Head of Bingo and Poker, the Bingo commercial manager will be responsible for the ideation, planning, co-ordination, and analysis of all campaign & promotional activity for Bingo at Paddy Power. You will handle the relationship with leading suppliers within the industry and seek out opportunities to enhance the Bingo proposition.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the P&L and revenue growth of Bingo and it’s sub-verticals through the efficient use of the generosity budget.
2. Build, implement and analyse in-life marketing campaigns for all segments, ensuring an optimal ROI on promotional spend.
3. Fully understand what drives our key customer base, using market data and insight to unpick customer behaviours and ensure that all campaigns and marketing activities are engaging and measured effectively.
4. Work with product and content teams to feed into the product development roadmap and incorporating new features into effective go-to-market plans.
5. Lead on key initiatives as part of the Bingo UK&I strategy working group.
6. Apply customer insights to continuously improve proposition, messaging, and generosity perception.
7. Champion a culture of test, learn and optimise across marketing and promotional activity.
8. Key partner in building effective B2B relationships with gaming suppliers.
9. Be a visible & passionate member of the Gaming team who drives high standards in all aspects of their work.
10. Represent Paddy Power commercial team when required at internal and external meetings and events.
11. Develop, mentor and coach a commercial Executive with a focus on their personal development.

Capabilities, qualifications & experience required:
17. Creative thinking in developing a rolling calendar of campaigns fully aligned with advertising & regulatory standards, targeting a variety of customer segments and preferences.
18. Project, process, and time management skills enabling campaigns are consistently delivered on time.
19. Strong reporting and data analysis skills to identify key insights, value creation opportunities and process or performance improvements.
20. Strong presentation skills
21. Demonstrable knowledge of and interest in the real money gaming landscape of suppliers & competitors
22. Experience working in an e-commerce environment, ideally in a B2C marketing role.
23. Experience in personnel management desirable.
24. 3rd level degree in a related field.
