As a Cloud Support Engineer, you will act as the ‘Cloud Ambassador’ across all the cloud products, arming our customers with required tools & tactics to get the most out of their Product and Support investment.

Key Job Responsibilities
The candidate possesses 1-3 years of professional work experience with a track record of successful relationship management, strong analytical acumen, and experience generating and managing reporting and analysis. Great communication skills and strong database and computer skills will be essential to success.
A successful candidate will have a natural affinity for project management and be motivated by a fast-paced environment.
Minimum Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
* Experience in software development or experience in technical support.
* Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems.
