Accounts Assistant Permanent Role
This role is based in Kinnegad, Co. Westmeath.
Duties:
* Setting up new accounts and carrying out credit checks
* Creditors and Debtors Reconciliations
* Dealing with requests for statements, Invoices & pods
* RCT Invoice processing
* General Accounts Assistant / Bookkeeping Duties
Requirements:
* Experienced Accounts Assistant (3+ years)
* Sage 50 experience required
* Able to work autonomously
* Happily work fully onsite
* Develop and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues across various departments
* Previous experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
* Excellent communication skills to effectively convey financial information to colleagues at all levels
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in Sage 50
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Excel
* Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis
* Knowledge of relevant accounting standards, regulations, and best practices
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Commitment to long-term career development within the company
