Front Office Manager
Excel Recruitment is seeking a Front Office/Reservations Manager for a residential property in Dublin city centre. This property offers state of the art accommodation and shared living spaces to professionals for medium and long term stays. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Front Office or Reservations Manager to move away from Hotels and use their skill set to take on a new and exciting challenge.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead the Front office Team supporting other departments.
2. Drive sales and maintain a high level of standards.
3. Achieve targets with staff and management.
4. Ensure that the Brand is well presented at all times.
5. Create and enforce procedures that contribute to the smooth running of the office.
6. Ensure maximum occupancy is achieved on all high demand dates.
7. Recruit and train all new staff.
8. Prepare daily and weekly reports for management.
Requirements:
1. A minimum of 2 years front office management experience.
2. Ability to lead and develop a team in a busy environment.
3. Detail-oriented and highly organized.
