Role & Responsibilities
To manage, lead and deliver a team of 10 staff and report directly to the board on your progress
To lead and deliver medium to large-scale projects across a variety of sectors in Dublin, current projects are healthcare, fitout and residential
Engage directly with clients and maintain strong client relationships
Checking/overseeing drawings produced by your team, all projects are carried out using Revit, and most recently to BIM Level 2
Supporting your own team throughout all stages of projects and to ensure timely, budget-compliant project delivery
Contribute to the strategic development of the practice. Required Skills & Experience
RIAI or RIBA Registered Architect with 10+ years of post-qualification experience
Experience in delivering medium to large-scale complex projects across all RIBA stages in healthcare, residential, educational or fitout
Strong leadership and project management skills
Proficiency in Revit (preferred) and AutoCAD
Strong design and technical capabilities
Site experience is essential
Strong commercial acumen
Confident in leading teams through all project stages
Eligibility to work in Ireland
Fantastic written and verbal English.What you get back
€80,000 - €90,000
Office hours 9am to 5.30pm, with an early finish Friday at 1.30pm
