Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

Our client, a global FMCG manufacturer currently undergoing a significant expansion phase, is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join their team. This is a full-time, site-based role from Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure Food Safety and Quality Compliance: Oversee the adherence to food safety and quality standards across the production floor to meet both internal and external regulations.
2. CAPA Management: Manage and coordinate the Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) process to resolve any non-conformance issues.
3. Audit Participation: Lead internal audits and actively participate in third-party audits to maintain quality certifications and compliance.
4. Documentation Control: Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date quality documentation, including records of audits, CAPA, and other quality-related paperwork.
5. Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality processes and the development of best practices in line with regulatory standards.
Key Requirements:
6. Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in a Quality Assurance role, ideally within FMCG or food manufacturing.
7. Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of food safety standards, such as HACCP and BRC.
8. Auditing Skills: Proven experience in leading internal audits and participating in external audits.
9. CAPA Expertise: Hands-on experience managing CAPA processes to ensure timely resolution of quality issues.
10. Documentation Proficiency: Strong ability to manage and maintain detailed quality records and documentation.
11. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
