Retail Intermediary (Corporate Health Sales) currently have a vacancy for a full time, permanent Corporate Business Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading an Account Manager Team and developing commercially successful relationships with clients across the range of Vhi products and services. Provide strong leadership to the field team. Design and implement development plans for team members. Develop, implement and manage multi-year Key account plan strategy to maximise client retention. Work with sales leadership team to determine strategy for the growth and development of Corporate Business with key growth sectors. Develop with the Sales Team strong business relationships with key client decision makers. Work closely with both the Corporate Health and Retail Intermediary management teams to deliver key business objectives. Ensure the Vhi value proposition is presented in a clear and consistent manner to clients Ensure best practice sales processs that are fully compliant and quality assured. Work closely with Group Business Services & and concierge team to implement & delivery of Business Class Service Take leadership position with region and business forums. Education & Experience Minimum 5 years relevant commercial experience in Corporate Sales/Management role. Third level qualification in a business related discipline Proven experience in insurance / financial services essential; experience within the health insurance industry is an advantage Demonstrates excellent leadership skills with an ability to effectively negotiate with key stakeholders internally and externally Proven influencing and interpersonal skills Demonstrates a strong sales focus with a proven track record in developing and managing B2B relationships Results orientated with a proven ability to meet and exceed organisational goals/targets Proven experience in developing and designing and implementing new sales strategies and operational plans to maximise business opportunities. Demonstrates flexibility and a proven ability to work on ones own initiative Must be APA qualified or willing to undertake same Candidates must posse a full clean driving license.
