Responsibilities:
* Maintain the high standards of service for personnel in all positions within the departments.
* Consult with the Marketing & Events team to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction.
* Greet guests and oversee actual service on a consistent basis.
* Ensure effective orientation and training for new staff and professional development activities for experienced staff are planned and implemented.
* Develop ongoing professional development and training programs for service personnel.
* Maintain the appearance, upkeep, and cleanliness of all banquet equipment and facilities.
* Ensure smooth running of the food-hall's daily operations.
* Manage departmental Profit & Loss by controlling departmental expenses and generating extra revenue.
* Prepare strategies, establish effective goals, measurements, and action plans for the department, such as Guest Satisfaction, Colleague engagement, and our Loyalty program.
The successful candidate will:
* Have full flexibility - this is a full-time role; flexibility and shift work are required.
* Possess the ability to work on their own initiative.
* Exhibit excellent communication skills with proficient spoken & written English.
* Be outgoing, bubbly, and confident in dealing with a range of customers.
* Have previous hospitality experience in a similar role (essential).
* Have a structured and organized approach to work planning.
