Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in direct executive support or transferable roles.
Preferred qualifications: 3 years of administrative experience supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment, and managing small-scale projects and events from pre-planning to execution.
Experience serving as a project lead from conception to completion.
Knowledge of process, project and program management theory and practices, and the ability to apply them when solving operational issues.
Ability to learn new tools and technologies, interest in using technology and the internet to improve work efficiency.
Ability to maintain complete confidentiality on all business matters.
Ability to communicate and collaborate with teams and job functions.

Responsibilities Provide administrative business partnership and support for leaders (Monday- Wed or Wed-Friday).
Perform an extensive array of administrative tasks (manage calendars, event planning, create expense reports, travel management, facilities coordination etc.).
Be the core of the team and help drive values, connection, and fun.
Serve as an active contributor to the broader Executive/Adminstrative Business Partner(ABP) community.
Be an engaged collaborator and team player, willing to lean in where needed in support of the whole team.
