Front Office Manager
The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of reception, staff training, and development, as well as review SOPs from the department.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage group reservations
* Liaise with Sales and Revenue departments
* Review and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a hotel setting
* Knowledge of OTA Extranets is advantageous
* Working knowledge of Hotsoft System preferred
