The key objective of the role of the Patient Co-ordinator is to operate as a key part of a multidisciplinary IVF Clinic team to provide excellent patient care and service for all individuals and couples embarking on their fertility journey.
The Patient Coordinators will report directly to the administration supervisor.
This role is a key point of contact for all Sims IVF patients/clients and as such acts as an ambassador for the Sims Group.
The role holder is responsible for optimizing clients/patients' satisfaction through the efficient operation of Patient Co-Ordinator administrative functions at Sims IVF.

Key Duties/Responsibilities (to include the following): Meet and Greet PatientsPatient Check-in (including reviewing of diaries daily, update patient data)
Providing support to patients with clinic information and other required dataContacting, ordering, and dealing with suppliersInvoicing for bloods/investigations and requesting payments dueAdmissions – Processing new patientsInvoicing and receiving paymentsAnswering queries through Patient App, phone, or e-mailDirecting calls where necessaryCompetent in providing clear and concise information to patients by telephoneAbility to deliver information in a constructive, professional, and empathetic mannerImplementation and continuous monitoring and improvement of processesInfection Control /Health and Safety Hand HygieneHealth and SafetyUniform and Grooming StandardsGeneral Supporting the efficient running of the Sims IVF Administration functionProviding the highest level of excellence in customer service in an empathetic, warm and professional mannerImplementation and continuous monitoring of processes as requested by the Sims IVF Administration ManagerDiary ManagementAny other duties that may be required by the Sims IVF Administration ManagerThe following key attributes should be demonstrated:

Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years' previous experience working with clients/patients working as a key part of an administration or client-support team in the private/public sectorFluency in English language – Advanced level - written and oralPrevious experience working in a healthcare environmentTerms and Conditions of

Salary Scale - from:
