Responsibilities:
* Full responsibility for scheduling all billable non-pod/non-dedicated resources across the whole business.
* Manage Service Teams & Contractor Scheduling on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
* Build the schedule to have a 4-week lead time.
* Balance short-term and longer-term scheduling needs.
* Coordinate with Sales and Pre-Sales to drive the work schedule.
* Proactively call out and inform stakeholders of any gaps in schedule.
* Collaborate with procurement and accounts to ensure stock is available on time and tracked to delivery to ensure efficient scheduling.
* Coordinate client communication for the work schedule.
* Ensure full scope of work is defined.
* Ensure all internal stakeholders are kept fully informed.
* Ensure team documentation and reports are completed on time.
* Daily reporting to management to ensure schedules are filled.
* Lead and build out this department with a hands-on mentality.
* Work with People Experience Department to architect the growth of the department.
* Work with People Experience Department to recruit, train, and lead the team.
