Job Description:
* Worked with team members to smoothly move materials between stations.
* Prepared a variety of written communications, reports, and documents to ensure smooth operations.
* Mixed dough, scaled breads and cakes, fried doughnuts, and performed all baking duties.
* Prepared all pastry items in accordance with standards of quality, quantity control, taste, and presentation.
* Monitored counter and display inventory, replacing stock, and requesting new product from the kitchen to keep areas well-stocked for maximum sales.
* Assisted bakers with procuring necessary ingredients from the inventory area during high-volume periods.
* Provided superior customer service to promote guest satisfaction and brand loyalty.
* Packaged customer purchases with care to facilitate easy carrying and prevent product shifting.
* Arranged bakery displays to showcase baked goods, cakes, and pies to drive product sales.
* Wrapped, boxed, and weighed bakery department products.
* Decorated and merchandised quality bakery goods to build business reputation and revenue base.
* Stocked merchandise, clearly labeling items, and preparing attractive displays.
* Assisted customers by answering questions and fulfilling requests.

Qualifications:

* Demonstrates basic math and counting skills.
* Requires repetitive motion with hands and arms.
* Requires frequent bending, stooping, and twisting.
