Payroll Specialist - Naas
HireForce is working with a local business in the Hospitality Sector that is based in Naas town centre. This client has recently expanded its business and is looking for a Payroll Specialist to join their team. Experience in the hospitality industry, particularly with use of Hotsoft and Sage is desirable but not essential and relevant training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the weekly payroll processing for 200+ employees.
2. Assist in maintaining the Debtors’ Ledger.
3. Support daily cash reconciliation processes.
4. Reconcile monthly Debtors statements.
5. Handle supplier and guest-related queries as needed.
6. Contribute to the month-end closing process.
7. Assist with various ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks within the Finance Department.
8. Support the year-end audit process.
Requirements:
1. 2-4 years of experience in the hospitality sector (preferred but not essential).
2. Strong Excel skills.
3. Exceptional attention to detail.
4. A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Remuneration:
