Our team owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. We're the people who keep the cloud running, supporting all AWS data centers and servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment to ensure our customers have continual access to innovation.
You'll join a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles. We collaborate with people across AWS to deliver high standards for safety and security while providing seemingly infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost for our customers.
Amazon provides a highly reliable, scalable, low-cost infrastructure platform in the cloud that powers hundreds of thousands of businesses worldwide.
The Amazon Cloud infrastructure is built around Regions and Availability Zones. Our Regions provide multiple, physically separated and isolated Availability Zones connected with low latency, high throughput, and highly redundant networking.
These Availability Zones offer AWS customers an easier and more effective way to design and operate applications and databases, making them more highly available, fault-tolerant, and scalable than traditional single data center infrastructures or multi-data center infrastructures.
We're looking for a highly motivated, technically savvy Fiber Delivery Technical Infrastructure Program Manager (FD-TIPM) to help develop and scale one of the world's largest and most complex networks.
The FD-TIPM manages highly technical, cost-efficient, and fast-paced communication construction project schedules to keep pace with and enable AWS Network growth. FD-TIPMs are constantly challenged and empowered to drive continuous improvement and deliver the highest quality, most technically efficient connectivity solutions in the world.
