Base pay range
Salary: €28K p/a + up to 10% bonus + benefits (AL, healthcare insurance, free car park)
Relocation: up to €1450
Location: Limerick
Requirements:
* Fluent in French and in English
* Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
* Familiar with CRM systems and practices
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
* High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
Responsibilities:
* Assist customers by telephone and email
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries
* Handle and resolve customer complaints
* Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle service inquiries
* Set up new customer accounts
* Keep records of customer interactions
* Record details of inquiries, comments, and complaints
* Record details of actions taken
* Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
* Follow up on customer interactions
* Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
