Accounts Administrator
A leading multi-channel company in Cork is seeking a skilled Accounts Administrator to join its Accounting and Finance team.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of Finance, collaborating closely with senior financial stakeholders in a dynamic environment that values people-focused collaboration and cross-functional support.
Main Responsibilities:
* Process and manage customer collections to ensure timely payments and account reconciliations.
* Prepare and process customer payments, maintaining accurate records.
* Perform regular account reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
* Support month-end close procedures, providing timely reports on key performance indicators.
* Manage supplier invoice entry and reconcile bank statements, identifying discrepancies.
* Assist with ad-hoc tasks as required by senior financial stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
* At least 2 years' experience in an Accounts Administrator role or similar position.
* Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize workload effectively.
* Strong communication skills, able to collaborate within a team environment.
