We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Specialist to join my Clients growing Team! This is a dynamic, hands-on role that involves a high level of activity and responsibility.
The position has been created to support the continued growth of the business and the increasing demands on our IT department.Key Responsibilities
Provide Tier 2 technical support for desktop hardware, software, and peripherals, ensuring escalated issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
Collaborate with Tier 1 support teams and internal stakeholders to diagnose and resolve complex desktop-related issues, minimizing disruptions to business operations.
Monitor and maintain desktop security, implementing best practices and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
Assist in planning and executing desktop-related projects and initiatives, aligning with business objectives and technical requirements.
Manage and support PCs across the network, troubleshooting and resolving computer networking issues efficiently.
Qualifications & Experience
Network Infrastructure Devices
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), or equivalent are highly desirable.
Azure Cloud Services
Active Directory (AD) Administration
Endpoint Protection Solutions
VMware Virtualization
