Job Opportunity - Quality Technician (Shift)

Job Responsibilities:
1. Perform incoming inspection and product release procedures.
2. Conduct DHR (Device History Record) review and GMP audits.
3. Document and review product complaints, ensuring timely resolutions.
4. Coordinate routine environmental sampling, monitoring, and trending activities.
5. Manage non-conforming material control and assist with NCMR (Non-Conforming Material Reports).
6. Assist in the development and improvement of site quality metrics and process FMEAs.
7. Provide quality support to manufacturing, ensuring compliance in product manufacturing, packaging, and labeling.
8. Contribute to process validations and review/update work instructions.
9. Ensure strict compliance with CGMP and Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies.
Job Requirements:
1. Qualification in Quality, Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
2. Minimum 3 years' experience in regulated environments (medical devices, FDA, ISO 13485 preferred).
3. Strong computer skills (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word) with familiarity in statistical and root cause analysis tools.
4. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical teams.
5. Flexibility to support business needs and shift work availability.
