Site Agent Job
We are recruiting for a Site Agent to manage multiple projects across urban and rural settings in Dublin.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage project execution, ensuring timely completion through careful planning and coordination with clients and client representatives.
* Review drawings with meticulous attention to detail and modify designs in response to feedback.
* Foster leadership within the project site team and coordinate with contracts managers and site agents to manage work and site resources.
* Ensure customer expectations are met, building confidence and trust, while continuously examining and enhancing project processes.
* Implement innovative technology to create new services and optimize delivery processes.
* Mentor designers and identify training needs for junior site team members.
* Track site work progress, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
* Plan and manage material delivery, addressing discrepancies as necessary.
* Ensure all work complies with client requirements, safety legislation, and other legal obligations.
* Oversight of traffic management and health and safety on-site, with regular safety checks conducted.
* Collaborate with local authorities on footway condition inspections before and after installation works.
* Work with the workflow department on programming and scheduling of work.
* Provide clients with status reports and serve as the primary point of contact for the public and subcontractors.
* Professionally handle customer complaints related to work performed.
Requirements:
* Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
* 5+ years experience in civils, drainage, or utilities (water & electricity).
* Confident, motivated individual who can work independently as well as part of a team.
* Ability to adapt to new circumstances.
* Effective time management skills to meet targets.
* Full driving license required.
