The Technical Support Specialist provides support to a broad portfolio of customers on the company’s cutting-edge products that allow libraries to succeed in a modern technology environment. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
1. 4+ years Unix / LINUX support experience
2. Ability to work independently
3. Hardware platforms: Dell, IBM, SUN, COMPAQ
4. Networking: TCP/IP, SMTP, DNS
