We are seeking an experienced Deputy General Manager to join our client's team in Co. Kerry.
Main Responsibilities
The successful candidate will report to the General Manager and assist in managing a busy bar and restaurant that specializes in food and beverage, catering for weddings, events, and everyday operations. The venue is open 7 days a week and is popular with locals and tourists alike.
Requirements
* 2-3 years of experience as a Deputy General Manager in a similar environment or equivalent experience as a Bar & Restaurant Manager/Deputy Manager looking for a new challenge.
* Experience in managing large teams and overseeing different departments within the business.
* Excellent leadership, management, organization, communication, and time management skills.
* A hands-on manager role ensuring smooth operation of daily service.
* Liaising with suppliers and sales representatives to ensure high-quality products and ingredients.
* Ability to generate new ideas and concepts for revenue streams.
* Flexibility with working hours, including late nights, afternoons, weekends, and bank holidays.
Package on Offer
