We are seeking a skilled Chef de partie to join our award-winning team at Harvey's Point Hotel.
The Chef de partie plays a crucial role in ensuring the exceptional delivery of high-quality food to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
* Casual dining and fine dining at Harvey's Point
* To assist the department managers so that the kitchen operations run smoothly, working together with the service teams
* To assist in the supervision and training of junior members of staff
* To assist in the ordering of food items when necessary
* To adhere to our HACCP system
Requirements
* The ideal candidate will possess at least 2 years' experience as a Chef de partie in a luxury hotel setting
