Contract Role: March 2025 – June 2025 (with potential extension to 18 months)
Our client is seeking a highly motivated Program Manager to join their Field Insights Team, supporting all EMEA regions. This role is pivotal in managing key projects related to field insights, sales pipeline signals, and customer relationship management (CSAM) triage for Premium customers. You will interact with both field leadership and senior management, helping to streamline processes and improve efficiency across the team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitate bi-weekly sessions with field leadership teams across EMEA to provide updates and insights
* Manage CSAM triage for Premium Customers and ensure smooth coordination
* Capture MSX (pipeline signals) throughout the month and relay them to the Demand Planning Team
* Collaborate closely with the Sales Team and manage customer escalations, especially around capacity issues
* Regularly present capacity summaries and key regional issues to senior leadership
* Support team collaboration in a remote work environment to ensure work-life balance and efficiency
Candidate Requirements:
* Experience: 6-10 years in a similar or relevant role
* Technical Skills: Proficient in data analysis, CRM data, and sales pipeline management
* Collaborative Skills: Ability to manage cross-functional relationships, translating business and technical needs effectively
* Tools/Platforms: Experience with Azure is preferred, but not mandatory
