Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
* 2 years of experience in advertising, sales, marketing, consulting, or media.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in Ads products (e.g., Search, Display, Video).
* Experience managing a business portfolio in business development, customer relationship and servicing.
* Experience with business techniques including effective questioning, and objection handling.
* Experience managing with Affiliate networks, Price comparisons, or Shopping Ads.
* Ability to communicate in Italian or German fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Responsibilities
Manage a book of Cloud Solutions Studio (CSS) businesses across EMEA as a disciplined business owner to drive business growth, interacting with B and C-levels on a frequent basis. Partner with several internal stakeholders to work with our CSS partners to drive sustainable long-term growth and unlock business transformation.
* Partner with customers to work towards business and marketing objectives. Develop and maintain a pipeline of opportunities that drives business growth for our business.
* Understand what drives the CSS ecosystem, and provide strategic advice to help CSS grow both their book of business and drive quality traffic for merchants.
* Analyze data trends and consumer insights to develop strategic plans and prepare compelling narratives to drive growth.
* Act as a business owner, drive the transformation of the CSS industry through expansion initiatives beyond Shopping Ads.
