This position is for our Global client based in Dublin.
We are looking for an individual who will thrive in a busy environment and enjoys collaborating with a wide range of people across a number of departments, internal project teams, and external clients and suppliers. The role is multifaceted and covers:

2. Cost Management & Reporting
3. Schedule Management
4. Risk Management
5. Financial Management
6. Data Analytics
Responsibilities
1. Development and implementation of Project Controls Execution Strategies
2. Oversight of Capital Expenditure Management and Cost Reporting
3. Oversight of Project Schedule Management
4. Professional Service Fee Management including EV
5. Change Management including CapEx, Schedule and Fee impact
6. Oversight of Project Risk Management
7. Preparation of Project Progress/Status Reports
8. Support to the Project Accounting / Financial Management function
9. Data Analytics to support Project Delivery and Business Operations
10. Support a number of internal improvement projects in the Project Controls arena
Qualifications
1. Degree level qualification and 8 plus years relevant experience in Project Controls or Project Management
2. Consistent track record of providing Project commercial and financial oversight
3. Strong communication and facilitation skills at all levels
4. Knowledge of best practice analytical concepts and reporting with emphasis on project revenue recognition, profit reporting, performance measurement, and cost control
5. Proven experience of implementing and documenting new processes and workflows
6. Ability to build internal business relationships to ensure that all business decisions are made in conjunction with sound financial and analytical appraisal
7. Experience in working to tight deadlines with good attention to detail and focus on getting work done
8. Strong working knowledge of MS Office including intermediate to advanced level skills
9. Good Excel skills and preferably experience of specific Project Controlling applications and Data Analytics platforms
10. Experience with MS Power BI would be an advantage
