Job Title: HR Specialist
Location: Newbridge, Onsite
Contract Type: 9 month fixed term contract
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven HR Specialist to align our HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and needs. The ideal candidate is responsible for overseeing HR programs and policies, managing employee relations, regulatory compliance, benefits administration, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) programs, and other Site Talent programs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administering routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as providing reasonable accommodations.
* Executing various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel.
* Assisting in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures.
* Handling employee relations counselling.
* Conducting exit interviews and recommending corrective action if necessary.
* Administering and supporting DEI programs to promote a diverse and inclusive workplace.
* Overseeing and administering other Site Talent programs.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
* 2 years of experience in HR roles such as HR Assistant, Recruitment Coordinator, or HR Analyst.
* Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
* Strong systems skills and proficiency with HR software and tools.
* Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
