Job description - Accounts Assistant
We are looking for a skilled Accounting Clerk/Admin to perform a variety of accounting and bookkeeping financial tasks.
Responsibilities
1. Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department.
2. Prepare general ledger postings and statements.
3. Reconcile accounts in a timely manner.
4. Research, track, and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies.
5. Assist and update all ISO9001 training and documents.
6. Must have a clear understanding of Revenue RCT contracts.
Requirements
1. Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures.
2. Competency in MS Office, databases, and accounting software.
3. Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports.
Full-time, Permanent
Salary: €21,000.00-€30,000.00 DOE
