Due to continued expansion, we are now seeking an experienced Level 1 Support Engineer to become an integral part of our Managed Services Team. This team will work on a dedicated project for a prestigious client, supporting an evolving and exciting multi-technology IT environment.
The successful candidate will work with different technologies, including Microsoft Servers, Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, VMWare, Citrix, Cloud (Azure), and the latest Microsoft applications & solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitoring and management support and configuration of customer infrastructure
* Provisioning accounts and equipment
* Desktop support for customers, including Windows Desktops, Outlook, Networks, MS Office, O365
* Configuration of Microsoft Server, Exchange, Active Directory
Maintain and build current documentation in place, troubleshoot hardware issues, interact with and manage 3rd parties, resolve application issues, image and deploy systems, manage file permissions and access rights, and configure mobile devices.
Successful candidates will receive exposure to All Microsoft Operating Systems, Windows Servers, Virtualization (Vmware, Citrix, Hyperv), SMB Networking Environments, Unified Communications, Remote Access Solutions.
Requirements
* 2+ years of experience working in a deskside support environment
* Application Support 1st Level Windows Servers, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, MS Office
* Office 365 and Virtualization experience advantageous
Candidates must be eligible to work full-time and long-term in the specified location or currently hold a valid appropriate long-term work Visa.
