Auditor Aircraft Documentation and Appearance
Job Description:
The Auditor Aircraft Documentation and Appearance conducts independent audits to maintain the airworthiness of the Airline’s aircraft, detecting non-compliance with the requirements of the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA), Department of Civil Aviation of Ireland (IAA), and Civil Aviation Committee (CAC) regulations for continuing airworthiness of aircraft. The auditor works in accordance with the regulations of CAC KZ, CAA, IAA, ICAO, and EASA, as well as the operational procedures of the airline.
Responsibilities:
* Arrange audits of aircraft by coordinating with MCC, commercial engineering, Corporate Safety Compliance department, and if necessary, with authorities (Ireland, CAC, or EASA).
* Perform internal audits of aircraft prior to and as close as possible to an external audit by IAA or Lesser, allowing enough time to close findings before the Ireland or Lesser audit.
* Ensure that audit findings are followed up and corrective actions are performed by the stipulated target dates.
* Open a Non-Conformity Report (NRC) after finding non-conformities in the Integrated Quality and Safety Management System (IQSMS) program and assign a responsible person to perform corrective action.
* Verify and confirm correct rectification of discrepancies by the responsible person, filling all relevant items, and then close the discrepancy in the IQSMS system by attaching the required documents.
* Carry out audits independently and in accordance with the audit plan.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or higher.
* Willing and able to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends.
* Must be able to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language.
* Experience in aviation is welcomed; working experience on company fleet types preferred.
* Knowledge of computer applications MS Office and Adobe Acrobat at the level of an experienced user.
* Knowledge of computerized Aircraft maintenance management system (TRAX) sufficient to perform duties by the end of the probation period.
* Good organizational and planning skills.
