Our client, a market leader in premium home and bathroom solutions, is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to join their team. With a strong presence in the UK, Ireland, and France, they are known for their cutting-edge products and customer-centric approach.
This hybrid role (3 days in the Kilkenny office, 2 days remote) offers an exciting opportunity to manage digital campaigns, optimise website performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate the brand’s online presence.
Please note: This role will be based in office fully during the first 3-6 months.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Website Management – Maintain and enhance the company’s three websites to ensure brand consistency and seamless user experience.
* SEO & PPC – Implement best practices to increase organic traffic, improve conversion rates, and manage paid advertising campaigns.
* Digital Strategy & Execution – Develop, implement, and monitor data-driven multi-channel digital marketing campaigns that align with brand objectives.
* Performance Analytics – Track key performance metrics (website traffic, engagement, conversions) and provide monthly reports to measure campaign effectiveness.
* Collaboration – Work closely with the marketing, sales, and new product teams to ensure alignment between digital content and overall marketing strategies.
* E-Commerce & UX Optimisation – Enhance site functionality and improve the user experience through collaboration with web developers and designers.
What We’re Looking For:
* 3-5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, ideally in a B2B or e-commerce environment.
* Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, CRO, and email marketing, with a track record of driving results.
* Experience using tools such as Google GA4, Tag Manager, Merchant Centre, AdWords, Looker Studio, Hotjar, and Mailchimp.
* Highly analytical and commercially minded, with the ability to interpret data and optimise digital performance.
* Excellent organisation and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
* Strong communication and content creation skills to craft compelling digital campaigns.
* A degree in Marketing or a related field.
* Willingness to travel occasionally to the UK, France, Germany and other markets as required (low frequency).
