Maintenance Co-Ordinator Role
Join a leading multinational manufacturing FMCG company in Wexford as a Maintenance Co-Ordinator. As part of the Engineering Group, you will be responsible for coordinating all maintenance and equipment activities, including maintenance technicians and sub-contractors, and analyzing computerized maintenance system data to develop an efficient maintenance program.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate workflow and documentation of Planned Maintenance (PM) and Work Orders (WOs)
* Coordinate day-to-day maintenance activities using SAP S/4 HANA
* Build and evolve database of Planned Maintenance activities, Planned Calibration activities & Spare Parts
* Organize physical stores and conduct periodic counts of spares
* Collate Work Orders by Type to generate scopes of work
* Evaluate equipment repairs, production support, process improvements, root cause analysis, insulation, building maintenance, painter, plumber, electrical work, and leveling of PMs/Cals across Technician Team
* Report on closure rates and escalate overdue schedules
* Liaise with Production Planners/Supervisors to agree windows for works
* Recognize urgency of tasks and separate reactive and proactive requirements
* Co-coordinate tasks and assist in measuring performance of maintenance works
* Work with Engineering Director & Maintenance Lead to investigate causes of breakdown and identify corrective action
* Assist with investigating and documenting procedural and operational deviations
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to equipment maintenance functions
* Arrange for repairs, such as complete overhauls, replacement of defective valves, gaskets, or bearings motors, pumps, or fabrication of new parts etc.
* Coordinate and supervise vendor maintenance activities
* Ensure safe and efficient hands-on maintenance with strict adherence to SOP's, cGMP's, and quality standards
* Ensure a safe work environment is maintained by adherence to Safety Systems
* Liaise with suppliers to ensure spares are stocked correctly
* Perform other tasks, analysis, and special projects as assigned
* Manage and maintain relevant documentation ensuring current reporting and adherence to company procedures
Salary: The estimated salary for this role is €40,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
