You will improve value and service to your customers and improve supply chain efficiency. In addition, you will use internal and customer data to optimize plans and to support joint initiatives with strategic customers.
How you will contribute
You will:
1. Be the single point of contact for your Customerportfolio managing their orders through the fulfilment processes in SAP.
2. Utilise systems and reports to make informed decisions relating to order fulfillment balancing supply and service delivery.
3. Work closely with key functional teams to support decision making on orders, and with Commercial teams & Customers to understand promotional activities and customer priorities. Attend and contribute to meetings.
4. Manage escalations for complaints and disputes, and handle and resolve issues to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
5. Help achieve business and commercial objectives by achieving customer service targets, supporting the improvement agenda (internal process and external customer) and developing collaborative relationships cross-functionally and with customers.
6. Report on KPIs, including root-cause analysis and improvement initiatives
7. Use customer data to monitor on-shelf availability, depot-to-store service, stock holding and promotional sales. Use this information to drive decision making internally and with the customer in ways that maximize service levels and sales.

8. Experience in Customer Service, Logistics and Sales
9. SAP knowledge and expertise in MS Office essential.
10. FMCG or Consumer Packaged Goods Company preferred
11. Strong analytical and problem solvingskills.
