Purpose of the Role:
We are looking for an Operations Coach & Training Administrator to join our team here at Keelings. Ensuring Ops employees are well-trained and equipped to perform their duties effectively (especially during Induction), supporting Operations by coaching new starters and current colleagues on the production lines, as well as delivering excellent administration service to maintain high training standards.
Key Skills & Knowledge:
* Excellent communicator in English. Very good level of spoken & written English.
* Experience in a similar role within the FMCG Industry (preferably fresh food).
* Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and proven problem-solving skills.
* Flexible working patterns over 5/7 days.
* Ability to deliver on commitments.
* Ability to work on own initiative on project-based tasks.
* Willingness to learn through coaching and formal training programmes.
* Own transport.
* Additional foreign language e.g. Bulgarian and/or Arabic.
* Train The Trainer and Manual Handling Instructor level 6.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
* Provide full Induction training for Operations Staff including enrolment for online learning training in Learn Upon and monitor the effectiveness of training programmes.
* Create, review and provide on-the-job training to help reduce time to competence.
* Coach on the lines to ensure that all General Operatives are performing duties correctly and efficiently.
* Check compliance documentation and retrain/coach as required.
* Deliver any compliance training as required.
* Ensure all training records are completed and updated in the system.
* Coordinate the mandatory trainings (H&S, Manual handling and Food Safety level 1 & 2) and provide them when required.
* Support the Operations Team when requested.
* Responsible for food safety, quality and integrity in the role-specific tasks.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
1. Being Training Audit Ready 24/7.
2. Mandatory Training Matrices up to date including the report of training being due to expire.
3. Maintain documentation and version control of all Operations learning materials for future reference.
4. Provide an effective Induction Programme to all new Retail Operations Staff.
