Workforce Analyst
We are seeking a Workforce Analyst to join our Worldwide Developer Relations team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for operations, the App Store, and our developers.

This position requires a self-motivated individual with a solid understanding of workforce management principles. As a Workforce Analyst, you will be at the forefront of optimizing our workforce capacity to align with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Optimize staffing levels and schedules across App Review's Support teams by analyzing submission volume, forecasting demand, building employee schedules, and monitoring service levels to ensure efficient operations and high developer satisfaction.
* Strategically manage employee availability to meet developer needs and business goals within App Review.
* Partner with cross-functional teams to help develop long-term workforce strategies and design business requirements to solve problems.
* Support initiatives that enhance employee engagement and operational scalability.
* Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws, site and company attendance policies.
* Research and apply industry best practices in workforce planning and analytics.
Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in workforce management, operations, or analytics, preferably in a high-volume, dynamic environment.
* Proficient in data analysis techniques that allow you to identify workforce trends, forecast needs, and develop actionable insights.
* Able to create detailed reports and present to senior leadership, highlighting workforce performance, productivity, and capacity.
* Collaborate with operations teams to design and implement effective scheduling and staffing models.
* Experience in balancing business demands, while focusing on efficiency and flexibility for our employees.
* Strong background in inventory management.
* Prior experience using workforce management tools, like Kronos or Workday, to automate and streamline scheduling, forecasting, and analytics.
* Advanced Excel and SQL skills.
Preferred Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in workforce management, operations, or analytics, preferably in a high-volume, dynamic environment.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Human Resources, or a related field.
* Experience in retail, supply chain, or technology industries.
* Knowledge of machine learning or predictive modeling techniques is a plus.
Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
Location: Remote (with occasional travel to Cupertino)
