Responsibilities:
1. Support team members in Customer Intelligence and Data acquisition, analysis and presentation.
2. Liase with Sales Network and Business Development network to ensure accurate and up to date information regarding ongoing business opportunities.
3. Build all necessary analysis supporting and guiding sales activities management and decision making: applying all relevant inputs from Finance and Marketing and compiling, reporting and challenging key commercial indicators for the Product Group (PG) /Business Group (BG) on a monthly basis.
4. Analyze, check and update the Sales Database data to reflect the business updates.
5. Works in close collaboration with Finance and Marketing teams to build all necessary/relevant analysis supporting sales activities.
6. Coordinate with PG Analyst to ensure global agreement on changes and to ensure that data is tracked in the appropriate format.
7. Review periodically the Product Line volumes and sales with Finance Department and align the Sales Database.
8. Analysis of market data and preparation of summary conclusions.
9. Collect, analyze and update/maintain SAP selling prices following the Price Updated Process. Work closely with the Sales, Industrial Controlling and Logistics Department to ensure the prices are accurately updated and in a timely manner.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's Degree or Higher in Finance, Business Marketing, Business Studies.
2. High level of administration & computer skills.
3. Strong data analysis skills.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
5. Excellent People skills with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of people.
6. Strong Competency in MS Excel and/or Google Sheets.
7. Strong Competency in MS Powerpoint and/or Google Slides.
8. SAP Business Intelligence desirable but not essential.
9. Strong team player with the ability to work on own initiative.
10. Expectation to exercise discretion and confidentiality on all business matters.
