Director of Product Management
* Customer evangelist: Gain deep understanding of customer experience, business needs, and existing internal and/or competitive products relevant to the domain.
* Stay connected to customer trends, needs, and pain points in healthcare.
* Collaborate with customer researchers to deliver customer insights that identify, and drive customer experience improvements
The Director of Product Management will be responsible for:
* Developing product concepts: Identify product gaps and generate new ideas; identify customer needs, pain points, use cases, trends, and related services to help build a roadmap of studies to evaluate and improve customer experience, improve market share, and drive growth.
* Developing product roadmaps: Translate product vision and strategy into detailed requirement documents and prototypes.
* Defining product strategies: Identify risks and create product roadmaps for consistent messaging across teams.
* Leading end-to-end product lifecycle: Design and build proof of concept experiments based on common customer use cases to evaluate the end-to-end customer experience.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
* Proven Product Management experience with managing successful product definition, product execution, market analysis, business case development, prototyping, launch, go-to-market strategy, and post-launch roadmap.
* Previous proven experience working backwards from the customer problem or opportunity identify customer needs, pain points, use cases, trends, and related services to help build a product roadmap.
* Experience with end-to-end product delivery, including feature delivery and tradeoffs (prioritization) and contributing to engineering & technology strategy discussions.
* Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., research, engineering, UI/UX, Program Management, etc.).
