The HR Generalist will be responsible for the delivery of HR activities/compliance including ensuring detailed compliance records are being delivered from all employees within the group, conducting interviews as required, advertising of vacant positions and conducting auditing relating to employee files.They will familiarise themselves and adhere to all company policies and procedures particularly those related to the HR Department.The incumbent will ensure to provide the highest level of service to all potential candidates and company stakeholders, and have a vast knowledge of employment law.Service Delivery Point of contact for all Recruitment related queries, management of the current recruitment source, OccupopFoster an open, positive, proactive, quality environment to underpin good staff and public relationsAddress enquiries and complaints in a timely and confidential manner, inform employees and line managers of any grievances/complaints to be addressedPromote good working conditions within the Human Resources Department, with colleagues across the organisation and outside agencies where applicableParticipate in change initiatives introduced by HR Management Recruitment and Selection Processes Participate as a member of the interview / selection panels as requiredAdvertise internal / external vacancies as assigned by the HR Manager Manage the application process and keep strict records of Recruitment Activity on the Recruitment trackerUpdate/manage contract and addendum tracker, update TMS with parental leave, Force Majeure, sickness, maternity leaveBe an integral part of the interview panelCommunicate with candidates in relation to the interview outcomeEnsure that all administrative documentation is issued / requesting documentation required and pertaining to the recruitment process i.e.
