Reach Ability are currently recruiting for Full Time Social Care Workers for our Residential Houses in Enniscorthy, Co. Wexford.
The successful candidate will support the Team Leader and Residential Team Leader in the following: To develop and implement a person-centered plan through the implementation of personal outcomes for each client promoting self-development, individuality and independence whilst ensuring that all policy and guidelines are adhered to Undertake the role and responsibilities or delegated responsibilities of the Team Leader in their absence.
Coordinate and ensure the support needs of the service users are met in their daily lives Essential Requirements: Relevant recognised Degree in Social Care /Applied Social Studies in Social Care (Level 7 on the National Framework of Qualifications) or equivalent qualifications CORU: Registered with the Social Care Workers Registration Board maintained by CORU (evidence will be required) or Hold a CORU-approved Social Care Worker qualification and have applied for CORU registration (evidence will be required) or Eligible for registration with the Social Care Workers Registration Board maintained by CORU (evidence will be required) 1 year of experience working with adults with an Intellectual Disability Full Clean Driving License Be currently eligible to work in Ireland Remuneration: The successful candidate will be appointed on the Social Care Worker HSE Consolidated Payscales (Sept. 2008).
€18.71 - €25.04 per hour depending on experience.
